What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, principally through the “Discuss Your Project” contact form and any direct email or phone enquiry. This may include your name, organisation, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry or project.

How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Enquiry details are recorded in our internal client relationship system so we can follow up appropriately and keep an accurate record of the conversation.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled on a need-to-know basis. We may share relevant details with a specialist consultant or subcontractor engaged on a specific project, but only where necessary to progress that engagement, and subject to the same standard of care we apply ourselves. We may also disclose information where required by law.
This website is hosted with Hostinger. Standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation and security.
How we store and protect it
Enquiry and client information is stored in our internal systems with access limited to those who need it to do their work. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and client records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were collected, including any ongoing client relationship, legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not otherwise required to keep it, we will do so.
